My job as a real estate professional is to provide my clients with the broadest-based and most comprehensive market information available to streamline the transaction process and help them make the important decisions necessary to understand and find value in achieving their goals.
Over the last 14 years, I have lived in various NYC neighborhoods and have fallen in love with each one’s special charm and distinctiveness. A current Westside resident, I strive to ensure that all of my buyers absolutely love their home as much as I love mine. Anyone can show property, but getting the best value for my buyers and sellers is the cornerstone of my business philosophy. This includes working with investors seeking the right opportunity and with sellers to get the maximum return on their asset.
I also pride myself on my commitment to customer service honed while opening and running a critically acclaimed new restaurant in the Theatre District prior to entering the real estate industry. As General Manager, I was responsible for the business’s success and the clientele’s satisfaction – two roles I still take seriously today. Prior to that, I enjoyed an exciting and successful career as a professional dancer and actor that brought me to New York and showed me the world. These experiences enable me to effectively deal with all kinds of people from all walks of life.
