Originally from outside Chicago, Nancy offers clients a unique combination of Midwestern charm and pragmatism, and New York savvy. Nancy was raised in a family that owned a homebuilding company. She earned dual BA degrees in English and Math before moving to NYC to secure her MA at New York University. Nancy subsequently enjoyed a 20-year career in marketing PR consulting. This tenured career prepared her well for real estate — not only for effectively positioning and maximizing the visibility of properties, but also understanding financials as a result of running agency operations.

Currently an Upper East Side resident, Nancy has lived in many Manhattan neighborhoods from the East Village to the Upper West Side. Nancy’s vocation is truly her avocation. Yet when time outside of work allows, she enjoys reading mystery novels and viewing competitions that count, from national elections to sporting events.
