Jessica Cohen Is…
Senior Vice President and residential real estate specialist at Prudential Douglas Elliman, Jessica Cohen understands the nuances of living in this great metropolis. Over the years, she has been a tenant, co-op owner and condo owner, all experiences which greatly broadened her market perspective and fueled her ability to distinguish the advantages and disadvantages to owning each type of property.
Having gut renovated several of her own properties gave Jessica a fine appreciation of the creativity and challenge in shaping one’s home. “My father is an architect, so I have a keen eye for undone spaces and configurations that would ultimately translate properties into potentially fabulous homes.”
When it comes to providing thorough service, Jessica gives it her all, acting as a soundboard for people’s questions and concerns. “I educate customers extensively on the market from pricing to trends that may affect their decisions. Knowledge is power, and is essential in making a buyer or seller feel confident when moving forward with their transaction. I openly communicate with my clients and am constantly accessible so their real estate experience is smooth and successful.”
A graduate of Cornell University, Jessica spent six years in the medical field prior to entering real estate. While she specializes in co-ops and condos on the Upper West Side, she works with buyers and sellers in all neighborhoods striving to obtain the best deal for their money and help them recognize the greatest potential in their real estate investments.
